The Treutse-Bo water intake is the third of a series of six intakes on the EAST collector. After Fouly and Amône.
The water comes from the Treutse-Bo stream and flows through a grate into a grit trap. It settles over a length of 15 metres on a slope of 5%.
After passing through the grit trap, the water is brought to the tunnel by a weir placed at an elevation of 1633.1 metres. The water then continues its route through the EAST Collector.
